The Conservatory Restaurant is the hotel’s main restaurant and serves the very best in contemporary fine dining.

Open to both hotel guests and non-residents, diners sit beneath the famous century old Black Hamburg grapevine, from which the hotel derives its name. The menu is an enticing blend of modern British cooking, offering an extensive choice of dishes, to suit the most discerning tastes.

Many of the restaurant’s ingredients are sourced locally, within 20 miles of the hotel so you can dine on the Cotswold’s finest free-range meat, organic vegetables and specialist cheeses.
